Absolutely loved this hidden little park right off the main roads. A nice little nature walk on a boardwalk thru vegetation and tall trees where you can spot an abundance of tortoises 🐢💖

This trail is perfect for people that can't do longer trails. It is wheelchair accessible, very clean everyone enjoyed it and they have picnic tables, nice sitting area and plenty of shaded spots. would definitely recommend and the best part is that is completely free. They have a board for everyone to write down how many turtles they seen along the way

This is an easy place to visit. You just pull in and can go right to the trail. A great little adventure and learning spot. The boardwalk is well cared for. It's not crowded, and there is a lot of nature to see in one little area. The turtles are the best ♡

The Preserve is located about 8 minutes North of Downtown Naples; about a 2.5 mile drive; next to the Naples Zoo. The boardwalk is an easy 0.4 mile walk through the oak scrubs and pine flatwoods. This is great for kids and it is stroller friendly. You'll spot gopher turtles and different plants/trees. The only downside to this is the actual location next to busy U.S. 41. You can see and hear the cars and thier music. I wish it were more secluded by trees. There is a beautiful Weeping Fig tree at the entrance as well as an Earth Globe and a garden. Parking and entrance are FREE and there is a beautifully kept Eco Center to get more information.

This is one of my favorite places. It’s so easy to get to, and it’s rarely busy. There’s so many turtles just roaming around to see. Bird watchers would enjoy this as well. The staff in the hut are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. There’s info on all the other things to do in Naples so it’s a good stop for families looking for activities.

Nice boardwalk. It was a pleasant way to spend 30 minutes. We didn't see any tortoises, but the lizards were plentiful. 1 pm may not have been the best time of day.

Great little preserve. Short boardwalk loop in a beautiful setting. Currently lots of turtles, we counted twelve during our brief visit. Nice educational center with pleasant staff. We think we saw an eagle too.

The place is absolutely wonderful. The tortoises are so graceful and I just love to watch them.
If you are lucky, you can meet Robert. He works there as a volunteer and he can tell you a lot about all these animals and plants there.
