Das Personal war sehr freundlich trotz des Betriebs. Direkt an der Talstation gelegen. Wir konnten über einen Lift im Keller zur Gondel, was sehr komfortabel war. Auch das Depot war direkt nebenan.

Freundliches Personal, man kommt relativ zügig dran. Ski waren top. Schuhe sahen schon sehr gebraucht aus. Leider ist der Laden etwas eng. Außerdem schade, dass bei den Schuhen kein Unterschied zwischen den bestellten Preisklassen gemacht wird. Die betrifft nur die Ski. So hatte ich super Ski, aber ziemlich alte Schuhe dazu.

Besser geht es nicht! Es ist ein Fehler unterlaufen und dieser wurde professionell bearbeitet und die Kommunikation war sehr professionell und auf Augenhöhe. Ich habe dann noch meinen Geldbeutel vor Ort verloren und die Kommunikation dazu war auch äußerst nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bin zu 100% dankbar und happy! Immer wieder!
