OSF is one of the best neighborhoods I've lived in - everything is walkable to restaurants and bars if you want accessibility. The only downfall is that there's curfew around here so most places will close by midnight. You're close enough to downtown but far enough without the hustle and bustle of traffic.

The complex itself is always clean (you will see maintenance walking around daily) and has great amenities: full gym, pool, indoor communal area, outdoor grill/patio area, outdoor theatre, rooftop patio with an incredible view of DTLA. There are so many things to come across here. It's a huge complex, you can easily get lost finding your way. The size of the units are impressive for all the perks you gain at OSF such as amenities & a walkable neighborhood.

The staff/property management are all helpful and friendly. Conceirge is 24/7 and will communicate and support you with anything you need from them. Isaac Montealegre, the Property Manager is great to work with and ensures you have a great quality of life at OSF even after moving in.

I have been living in One Santa Fe for past seven years and they have been the best and most comfortable living experience one can expect in downtown LA. There are many good restaurants nearby. I love the maintenance staff and very helping office staff. The building has newly renovated gym, theater and pool facilities. I love the open areas and huge parking space along with newly constructed sit-out spaces.

I gotta admit, upon touring this property my roommate and I were sold on a luxury style apartment in the Arts District. As of July 2022, I can tell you with full confidence that there is nothing "luxurious." The amenities have been under construction since 2019. Over the course of the year, they've rescinded every other perk they offer. No more concierge package service, all the packages are left in the mailroom for thieves. No parking security; cars are broken into or have parts stolen. No communication with the office; even when you try to report a problem the line never gets picked up and phone calls don't get returned. They got rid of the resident activated elevators; homeless people have been spotted in the halls. TBH, nice location but not worth the money.

I’ve lived at one Santa Fe or some time now, and I can genuinely say it’s been an amazing experience. The amenities here are top-notch! from the well-maintained fitness center to the relaxing pool area.

One of the standout aspects of living here is the exceptional service provided by Gali and Margarito they are incredibly helpful, always cheerful, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.

If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend one Santa Fe It’s a great community and I’m very happy to call it my home.

Great living. There's not even un item in the checklist that this place fails. Effective and kind staff, clena areas, fast maintenance response, cool social areas, the apartments are spacious and new. Great building to live specially in ADLA

If you need a place to live and have a flexible life without noise sensitivity, this is a perfectly acceptable place to live. But if you at all rely on deliveries or want recreational amenities to be included in your living community, this is not the place for you. Main upsides: close to Little Tokyo, lots of coffee shops and restaurants, and honestly feels pretty safe to walk around alone. Main downsides: Unresponsive staff, terrible delivery experience, wildcard functionality of parking gates and elevators.

I was one of the first residents at 1 Santa Fe and I’m proud to say I’m still here. I’ve seen many changes happen but it’s only been one set back and many upgrades.i guess we all dealt with those post pandemic but I have never felt more grateful and safe than here @1SF and my neighbors are icing on the cake.
