Great people, great service, very knowledgeable staff, very accommodating and great atmosphere. Also very organized and custumer focused oriented (I'm in customer service field as an IT Engineer so I am a real stickler in regards to servicing users and clients with the best experience possible). Honestly I was very very excited to blow my hole paycheck with them. I spent 900$ dollars and the vibe and the attitude was crazy. They make you feel uncomfortable. Like an outsider. This is on my daughter... I will never spend money here again. I will give my hard earned money to a shop that appreciates my business

They know their stuff when it comes to rc's.. my husband has been here about 8 different times in the last 2 months. Had work done on both our cars as a real mechanic would they fixed our car and had the parts instock. If you are into rc hobbies then this place is for you. Understand that you will wait a little while but don't be scared to talk to them or pick their brain about all things rc.
