We first met Abel, coincidently, at an open house. We had been looking for a realtor for a few months, however, we kept running into a reoccurring theme of individuals who were either too pushy, not responsive and/or not in tune with what we were looking for. From the start, Abel was honest, straight forward and most importantly, truly vested in what our wants and needs were as first time buyers. Abel and the team welcomed us with open arms at their headquarters where we discussed in detail exactly what we were searching for. Those who were in the market ‘21-‘22 will remember how difficult, discouraging and competitive it was (and continues to be). Abel maintained the same energy, honesty and attentiveness throughout our journey despite all of our rejected offers and a market not ‘favoring’ first-time buyers. Through it all, Abel maintained his responsiveness, patience and was at no point pushy. There was never any pressure for us to offer more than we were willing to, or lower/compromise on our standards/needs. While in escrow, we quickly learned this is where communication becomes critical between all of the involved agencies.
