This is a great place for you to take your children. I have been quite a few times with my Grandchildren in the past. They love it. The toddler time deal is great. You get to play on the trampolines and the play areas and you also get a meal for your child and drinks as often as you like. The food is absolutely delicious. Especially the adult meals. Very large portions. Usually one meal is enough for two people. I want to give the chef a special mention. He went above and beyond for my Grandson. He was upset and didn't want to go upstairs to the cafe as he remembered the singing skeletons from Halloween. We told him they had been removed and the chef was so helpful. He was trying to encourage him to come up. Even offering to open up a special room with lights for him. After a while he calmed down and came up to the cafe and he was fine. I was very impressed with his attitude. A big thank you to him for all his help. A great place to visit. I wish the cafe was just open to the public without having to take a child. The food is that good! Thank you ?

Excellent place - lots of fun! Great staff and amenities! Jake absolutely incredible with the service he provided to us and others! Daughter and her friend did not want to leave! Very safe for them to both explore and have so much fun! Thankyou!

We had our Sons birthday party here in December and could not fault anything at all. Our party host Josh was amazing nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran smoothly because of him and I could relax and watch the kids enjoy themselves. Thank you so much Josh for making Harry’s party the best!

Kids aged 5 & 7 had an absolute blast on the trampolines. The younger one also enjoyed the small soft play unit. We went on a Sunday afternoon in the holidays and it was not too busy. The cafe is great with a good selection of food and drinks for adults as well as little ones at a reasonable price point. Special thanks to Kaysha who made us amazing milkshakes which we got to enjoy whilst the kids played. My only criticism would be the pricing stricture, if you have a 5 year old you need to pay full price to go into the arena to supervise, so if you have a less confident child is is quite expensive to go with them.

My son had his 7th birthday party here today. We had 13 kids attended the party, everyone had a wonderful time and all loved this place! Our great host, Hennesay, took care of everything from the start, so we could enjoy our time with the guests. Hennesay went well above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly, she is very organised, friendly, helpful and approachable! My son also got a free pass for his next visit. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice friendly staff. Clean and safe space for my toddler to burn off some energy. During term time great £10.95 deal for a bounce and toddler eats free.

Food was really tasty and affordable prcies. Fresh salad and homemade coleslaw on the side too. Aaron the chef very helpful and friendly.

The place itself as a venue is good but this review is just for the food...

The garlic break was OK for the price but a little thin and the cheese was sort of set on top...

The loaded fries weren't great either.

I'd definitely bring my kids here again, but I would probably skip the food...
