Bayview an FR Community - Syracuse, Indiana

I’ve been working with the front office for 2 months on trying to sell my mobile home back to FR communities. This review is not toward Ashley, but toward FR Community as a whole. How dare you leave the front office empty worded for so long on resales. I simply wanted to give you the opportunity to buy my mobile home since it is prime real estate in the park. It appears you lack customer service in the resident relations department. Future buyers- if you want to live here, it better be a life time, because resale is a tragedy and you will suffer from PTSD.

Shitty place to live they are more concerned with getting new trailers in here than having street lights work or reinstalled they barely mow the yard and the park here isn't maintained it's sad this use to be a nice place to have a family now they only care about money they keep raising lot rent prices but things here are sad and embarrassing ! The pool is closed more than it's open the kids park is disgusting with trash and tree roots growing up throughout . They allow teenagers to roam and ruin things for everyone we've been through managers and maintenance I'm truly embarrassed to live here !!

Be Very Careful if You want to buy a home at Bayview Estates! They make it sound PERFECT! What they don't tell you is that they will continue Raising the lot Rent until you can no longer afford to live there so they can resell it for a profit!!Then they try to slap you with BOGUS FALSE repair costs! They make all of the neighbors clean up their yard's and watch their behavior until you move in,then you see what that place really is!!

We have been apart of the Bayview Community for 4 years now, and enjoy everything about it. Bayview has been a nice and peaceful environment for us to raise our grandchildren. We have good neighbors and a great staff. I questioned myself on whether we were making the correct decision to reside within the Bayview Community, but after our time here, I don't think we could have chosen a better place. We are close to everything we need and the park has great amenities for the children to enjoy. up for the staff we now have, they are great at what they do and make you feel even more at home. We hope to be apart of Bayview Community for years to come.

I've visited friends who live in Bayview on many occasions. I have only seen part of the community but what I have seen, was nice. The playground upfront is on the smaller size, but is updated and still nice. People driving vehicles, seem to be aware of children and drive cautiously. Nice swimming pool area as well.

Chicken Permission

Best place ever 10/10. Great for the kids, neighbors are friendly. Office ladies 11/10 super helpful and always answering questions through email, Facebook, or calls all day. Most importantly supported the community through the virus and mass job loss, delaying rent, waiving late payments, and all in all just plan understanding. Kindness won't be forgotten quick and though we rent now we hope to buy soon!

This park is becoming infested with drugs. There are no rules in forced. People speed though this park. It's not a good place to live if you have kids. You see the drugs moving in and out of here daily. They are jacking up rent and water. It's really not worth the money. I can't find and plus to moving into this park.

I like my home and I have no problem at all with the home or the staff here at Bayview.

They have asked me to purchase this home. At my age (76), I have no interest in purchasing. However if my rent goes up $150.00 in June when my lease is up, I will be forced to move. There will be another empty unit.

I f I were driving through this park and see the many empty units, I would wonder why there are so many empty units. I would believe that something is wrong with this park. Shirley Turngren
