Schöner Park mit Teichen, Tieren (Enten, Gänse, Eichhörnchen, etc) in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt befestigte Wege um die Teiche, allerdings keinen asphaltierten Fußweg der durch den ganzen Park führt, von der Straße abgesehen. Sofern man in der Lage sich über den Rasen zu bewegen ist das aber kein Problem.

Bitte die Enten nicht mit Brot sondern Körnermischungen oder ähnlichem füttern.

Welch ein tolles Stück Natur am Rande des Zoos und des Kinder-Spiel-Paradieses für die Kleinen. Hier ist ein toller Garten mit viel Grün, bunten Pflanzen, einer Theaterbühne, einem Teich voller Blüten und Sitzgelegenheiten geschaffen worden, den es sich lohnt zu besuchen.
Parken kostet übrigens nichts.

A very large park with so much to do. Rock gardens are awesome, greenery is awesome there. Sad to see how many trees have gotten damaged in storms we've had lately but VERY impressed with how quickly maintenance staff had been on top of the clean up. They take really good care of this wonderful landmark of Sacramento.

Restrooms are kept above average as far as cleanliness but one gripe I have is that there are no doors on the stalls in the men's room. When using a stall in a men's room it definitely warrants the comfort of having a door for everyone's benefit, in my opinion.

The Land Park Golf course and the Zoo are also in the park. Specifically for the little ones, there is also Fairytale Town here and duck ponds and plenty of green spaces to run around!

There is definitely something to do for people of any age and very pet friendly as well!

There is definitely a large amount of cruising that happens here in the evening by people contained to their cars for the most part and centered around the WPA rock garden. It can get fairly busy after nightfall, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Being one of the oldest, most popular and largest parks in the city, it is easy to see why this park is a definite landmark for the city of Sacramento!

It's a very nice place for a family. There is a small pond for turtles and ducks. In front of the lake there are so many different plants, some rare. This place is amazing, you can meet squirrels, butterflies, hummingbirds. So I recommend this place, you can relax with the whole family.

Drove into Sacramento from Plymouth to run a 5k at William Land Park. I was very pleased with the experience. The park is huge, very clean and beautiful. Going back soon!

I love this place. Perfect for dog walking, taking the family out, having a picnic, or just to relax. There are SO many little animals like ducks, squirrels, and baby birds. And then there’s also geese and chickens! Sometimes you’ll even see baby ducklings! There’s plenty of shade so be sure to bring a blanket to lay out on. But if you don’t there’s a decent amount of benches. I’ve been there when it was about 92 outside but sitting in the shade made it feel like a cool 75 (it was lightly breezy tho). The bathrooms were a little bit if a jump scare tho lol.

PS. Please don’t terrorize the animals by chasing them or throwing things at them :/ and also please bring a bag for your trash afterwards too, if you’re by the pond areas there are not many trash cans.

Beautiful. There is always parking available on the street. My go to place to feed the ducks. There are so many and they are comfortable with people. Lots of benches to sit around the water also.
